Our Yoga Class helps children build balance, flexibility, and body awareness while developing focus and calmness. Through breathing exercises, stretching, and guided relaxation, students learn to understand their bodies and emotions, supporting both physical coordination and emotional regulation.

音楽（ピアニカ・リズム）

Music is a universal language and one of the most joyful ways to learn. Children explore rhythm, melody, and notation through singing, movement, and learning to play the pianica. Playful lessons develop listening skills, rhythm awareness, and fine motor skills, alongside concentration and teamwork.

歌やリズム遊び、鍵盤楽器「ピアニカ」の演奏を通して、リズム・メロディー・音符の読み方を学びます。聴く力やリズム感、指先の器用さを育み、集中力やチームワークも自然と身につけます。

ネイチャー・ファーミング

Our Nature Class connects children with the world around them through outdoor exploration and hands-on farming. Students learn how plants grow, how to care for fruits and vegetables, and the importance of sustainability, going on nature walks and observing seasonal changes. These lessons nurture curiosity, respect for the environment, and responsibility toward nature.

Art at FLIST is about more than painting, it's about exploring ideas, experimenting with materials, and expressing individuality. 体育（PE）

Our PE Class develops gross motor skills, coordination, and a love of movement through games, obstacle courses, and teamwork. Children learn fair play, persistence, and collaboration while gaining confidence in their abilities. PE at FLIST isn't about competition, it's about learning to move, cooperate, and have fun in healthy, active ways.
