Dr. Allen A. Dubolino, Ph.D. is the Head of School at Four Leaves International School Tokyo. With over 22 years of international school leadership experience across Japan and Thailand, he has co-founded multiple international schools and dedicated his career to reimagining what early childhood and primary education can be. A passionate advocate for combining cutting-edge educational technology with nature-based, naturalistic learning, Dr. Dubolino established Four Leaves on a simple belief: that every child deserves an education tailored to their unique needs, interests, and abilities, in an environment that feels like a second home. He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and continues to lead Four Leaves with a hands-on, family-centered approach to nurturing brilliant minds and beautiful hearts.

Hello, my name is Asami Watanabe and I am the principal of Four Leaves International School Tokyo. As a child, I attended an international school and after graduation, my passion for culture and diversity led me to New Zealand, where I pursued my collegiate education and became a fully qualified teacher. I spent 6 years working in early childhood education institutions in New Zealand building a wealth of skills to bring back to benefit education in my home country of Japan. After I returned to Japan I was blessed with the opportunity to continue my career in international education here in Tokyo where I served as Vice Director of a multicampus international school for 6 wonderful years. After that I also served as principal at a bilingual preschool in Tokyo. I now turn my intense passion and focus for international education towards the many wonderful families and children here at FLIST. I look forward to sharing my experience ,knowledge, and talents with all of you and look forward to learning for you in the process. I am looking forward to many meaningful and fruitful years together.
